Thank you for purchasing this video package. As a one person small business I have opted to keep this process technologically simple. Please do not share this page with others outside of your birthing support team. I aim to keep this affordable to all and hope that if you want to share with someone who cannot afford to pay that you will refer them to me. Thank you for your support!

HYPNOSIS FOR BIRTH AUDIOS
THE AUDIO TRACKS BELOW ARE AT THE CORE OF YOUR PRACTICE.
YOU WILL FIND MORE DETAILED DESCRIPTIONS OF THE KEY AUDIOS IN YOUR COMPANION GUIDE ON PAGE 4.
TO ACCESS THE AUDIOS, SIMPLY CLICK ON THE TITLE.
For easier listening, download them onto your computer media player (iTunes on a Mac) and make playlists of your favorites. These recordings cannot be downloaded directly onto iPhones. For use on iPhones and some other smartphones, you will find it simplest to use the free Dropbox App.
These are optional “start-up” audios if you would like to practice relaxing and imagining in a simple familiar setting. These audios are also nice options for partners.
Beach Relaxation: If you like to walk in warm sand and relax on a beautiful ocean beach, this recording is made for you. Let your body relax and your mind drift. This recording is ideal for a relaxation break during the day or to use at night, letting it lull you to sleep.
Garden of Inner Kindness
A garden to stroll through. A fountain of pure clear water. A basket at the entrance in which to leave your responsibilities. A beautiful space to relax and connect with your inner self. For daytime or night-time use. (27 minutes)
Stairway to Relaxation
The body and mind respond beautifully to symbolism. This uses traditional hypnotherapy symbols of putting worries into a box and moving down a stairway to a room of relaxation. Most people find that this imagery de-stresses them deeply and quickly. Ideal for daytime or nighttime use. (20 minutes)
These are the primary audios for practice during your pregnancy.
Special Place: This track contains guidance for deep relaxation and imagining yourself in a safe and peaceful place. Suggestions for connecting with your baby, and positive suggestions for health are included in this track.
Stair Imagery and Mist: This track begins with relaxation of the whole body and then uses the imagery of moving down a beautiful staircase into a room of health and birthing wisdom. It describes the mist of natural anesthesia that you can allow to seep into your body to deepen relaxation and comfort.
Simple Self-Hypnosis: This simple process is only 5 minutes. It has an energizing ending, so it should not be on a play list that you use for sleeping.
Mist of Anesthesia: This track accesses the power of the mind to interpret sensation in a useful way. It is more directive than the others which works well for some people and not so well for others. As always, feel free to modify the imagery to suit you.
This is the only recording designed to be used in the car, while you walk, or do other activities. It is not a
hypnosis recording, but rather, is designed to strengthen positive and useful messages in the subconscious mind through repetition.
Birthing Affirmations-No Intro
DANCE of BIRTH: Audios for labor and birthing
These recordings are designed for use in labor, with many opening images and words. They may be helpful to use in labor. Do not use this regularly before 37 weeks of pregnancy. The “Dance of Birth” is divided into five tracks. You can put them all into a playlist, or just choose the ones you like best.
NEW PARENT AUDIOS
If you found the practice audios helpful in cultivating inner calm and better sleep before your baby’s birth, you can continue using the ones you liked best, or you can try these.
