This time of COVID 19 uncertainty can make decisions about attending appointments a challenge. If you have never been to the Wellspring Hypnotherapy Center, here is what you might want to know:
There is no waiting room at Wellspring, so only one client at a time will be in the office, with a half hour between sessions. During that time, I (Carolyn) disinfect all doorknobs, light switches and bathroom handles. I will put a freshly laundered sheet on the soft furniture for each client. We will keep the recommended distance between us of six or more feet and my office is large enough for that to be logistically comfortable. We will both be wearing masks. I have a sink for you to wash your hands immediately upon entering the building.
If you have any additional requests or suggestions, please let me know at any time before or during our session. If you have any symptoms of illness, I ask that you cancel your session for that day. There is no fee for cancellations, so you can make decisions free of financial pressures.
If you would like to do a session but coming to the office is not a good idea for you, I can also do exactly the same hypnotherapy process with you via phone or Skype.
