For most people, subconscious resistance blocks successful weight loss. When you work with the deeper mind, you can end self-sabotage and create new habits to support a healthy and balanced lifestyle.
Certified Hypnotherapists Carolyn Lewis and Betty Moore-Hafter have years of experience helping people to lose weight with hypnosis. We’ve realized that a major key to success is on-going support, so we’ve joined forces to offer a comprehensive program.
How does it work?
You begin with a 4-week Level I class, “Lighten Up! Hypnosis for Weight Loss.” Here, you learn and practice hypnosis, self-hypnosis, EFT and related techniques. We help you learn how to reprogram your mind and we also work with some aspects of emotional eating. You receive a CD and many support materials.
Then what?
After the first class series, you can sign up for support groups, as many or as few as you want. They are offered twice a month. Each group includes more hypnosis and further healing processes as well as the support of group sharing.
How different are the classes and support groups taught by Carolyn and by Betty?
Our Level I classes are similar, yet significantly different as well since each of us has our own style. For excellent support, you could take the Level I twice, once with each of us. If you do, you’ll receive a different hypnosis CD each time. Classes and support groups are participatory, so they will also vary with the different groups of people.
What is Level II?
The Level II class, “Getting To The Roots Of Weight,” is a 4-week class for those who want to go deeper into the underlying emotional issues. Hypnosis and EFT can accomplish profound healing and change on a deep level. Level II can also be taken more than once.
Does this work with other programs?
Our classes and support groups work wonderfully well on their own or in conjunction with other weight loss programs. People have gotten good results either way. This is a gentle and respectful approach that helps you to trust yourself and your body to find your path to successful and healthy weight loss.
What results can I expect?
If you really use the CDs and other tools we give you, you will notice changes! Some may be subtle and some quite impressive. Many people tell us that their whole relationship with food has changed! Here are other benefits people have reported:
