Summer/Fall 2010: Class Schedule and Fees
***Please see Class Descriptions for more specifics... you may combine the Traditional Class series with the 3 Class Hypnosis for Birth class series to create a comprehensive "Combo Class" for $225

Fee $60
July/August: 3 Class Hypnosis For Birth Series (Carolyn)
6-9 pm on the following Wednesdays: July 14, 28 and August 4
Fee: $160
July/August Traditional Childbirth Weekend Series (Tamara)
Saturday July 31 10am-3pm and Sunday, August 1 10am-3pm
Fee: $110 alone or $225 in combination with a 3 class “Hypnosis for Birth” Series
August/September: 3 Class Hypnosis For Birth Series (Carolyn)
5-8 pm on the following Sundays: August 29, September 12 and 26
Fee: $160
September/October: 4 Class Traditional Childbirth Series (Amy Armstrong)
6-8:30 pm on the following Tuesdays: September 14, 21, October 5, and 12
Fee: $110 alone or $225 in combination with a 3 class “Hypnosis for Birth” Series
October/November: 3 Class Hypnosis For Birth Series (Carolyn)
3-6 pm on the following Sundays: Otober 17, November 7 and 14
Fee: $160
October/November/December: 8 Class Comprehensive Series (Carolyn & Tamara)
6-8:30 pm on the following Wednesdays: October 20, 27, November 3, 10, 17, December 1, 8 and 15
Fee: $225
Private Classes
I (Carolyn) teach private Hypnosis for Birth classes during daytime hours between 6am and 3pm. The cost is $60 for a 1.5-2 hour class. Materials for practice are $20. Three classes are often sufficient to become comfortable and experienced with the techniques.
Private Sessions
Sometimes people have fears or issues specific to them that may not be specifically addressed in class. This could range from a fear of blood or medical procedures, to a previous birth experience, to other traumatic events such as sexual abuse that may have an influence on your feelings about pregnancy, labor and birth. Often these can be significantly improved through one or more private sessions. For those people who take a class series, private sessions are available at a reduced rate
You and Your Baby are Worth It!
Please do not let money stand in the way of a positive birthing experience. Check your insurance for reimbursement of classes. If you would like to use my services but cost is an obstacle, please call to discuss sliding scale or payment options. I am flexible and would like everyone to have access to these tools.
Dates, times and locations could be subject to change. So PLEASE call to pre-register for all classes or groups. The classes are limited in size and fill quickly. So please call as early as possible to inquire about space.
