Insomnia is a battle that many people fight every night. Hypnotherapy is a very powerful tool which often lets people begin to sleep peacefully after one or two sessions.

The process is simple and involves teaching you how to relax physically and mentally and how to create an emotional state of safety on all levels of the mind. Once you have reached this state, sleep will take over naturally. Even people with long-term sleep problems have successfully learned and applied these techniques.

During our first session, I will make a hypnosis tape that addresses your personal needs. You may listen to it every night when you go to bed. The tape will be working for you as it re-educates your subconscious mind and you learn to do this process on your own. If you are someone who has had problems with waking up during the night and not getting back to sleep, you will use the tape during the night, if any waking recurs. After several weeks of using the tape, you will have learned how to use self-hypnosis on your own to get to sleep and stay asleep.
